HOOBS Setup & Review

HOOBS stands for HomeBridge out of the Box. HOOBS simplifies the plugin configuration and installation of HomeBridge, allowing you to integrate with smart home devices that do not support HomeKit. In other words, with this, you can easily add non-HomeKit deices to your HomeKit setup allowing you to control them with Siri and HomeKit.

In this video I will give an overview of the setup and interface of HOOBS. I will also briefly show my Roomba vacuum (a product without HomeKit support) working in HomeKit after being added through HOOBS. We will also take a first look at HOOBS Version 3 (currently in beta). You will also get my thoughts and honest opinion on this product after using it for a few weeks.
