How to use the Aqara Security System with HomeKit

Today I’m going to show you how to configure the Aqara app so that you can use the Aqara Security System in homekit, as well as use the advanced automations options available in the Aqara app. This process is especially helpful if you like to use the automation options specific to the Aqara devices, as well as anyone who may be using multiple Aqara hubs. We will configure the app so that the Security System works properly in HomeKit, as well as create 3 automations:

Configure the Aqara Wireless Mini Switch to work as a doorbell
Create an automation using the light sensor from the Aqara Motion Sensor
Configure an automation to get notifications if a window/door is left open for a certain amount of time
